Spent all day in the studio (in bed on my MacBook) making a backing track to my new song “Tomorrow at my Fingertips”… Slightly interesting to note that it was written while thinking about William Fitzsimmons/Cat Stevens, yet came out sounding like Belle and Sebastian/The New Pornographers. But, really, that could be said of a few of my tracks… I’m happy with it. :D...

My holiday starts Saturday..
And I have nine whole days off. I can’t wait. I haven’t had a holiday since February where I had half-a-week to go up to Nelson for my friends wedding, just after the big earthquake. The weather is predicted to be crap, but I’m very much looking forward to driving places and swimming in the ocean.

It's 3:40am...
My stupid asshole neighbours are at it again, but add stomping/dancing/loud music/clapping to the mix. Fuck them. Fuck them!! Seriously how can anyone be so inconsiderate and self-serving? This is actually how murders happen. I wish I had a girlfriend so I would seek them out, tell them off and be her hero. Then go back to bed and obviously make out until we fall asleep again.
